Transformación curricular. El caso de una universidad privada chilena

Resumen

Este artículo analiza el modelo educativo de una universidad privada chilena, el cual se encuentra actualmente en proceso de implantación. Desde una perspectiva crítica y reflexiva, el presente análisis se enmarca dentro de la teoría curricular y utiliza el referido marco conceptual como fuente principal para evaluar diversos aspectos que son claves para la toma de decisiones pedagógicas. El argumento es que el referido documento institucional tiene profundas implicaciones teóricas y prácticas para el diseño y desarrollo curricular. Sin la intención de ser un trabajo conclusivo, con este escrito se busca aportar elementos que puedan utilizarse en instancias de reflexión por parte los agentes integrantes de cualquier universidad o Institución de Educación Superior (IES) iberoamericana.
