Abstract

Human communication has experienced an important transformation since computer systems were introduced in our lives, as well as interactive and instantaneous information exchange systems. Images, sounds, animation and all kinds of audiovisual stimulus together with the social web 2.0, blogs, chats, wikis and all kinds of Learning Management Systems have produced a considerable change to human communication during in the last decade. This research analyzes the way our word and reality perception has transformed due to the introduction of this new media to human reality. The reshaping process of communication paradigms is considered, as subjective elements in perception of the human life have also transformed. Different communication models are considered and interaction processes are detailed to highlight those which allow to accomplish a successful learning/communication process in a computer mediated communication environment.
