In this article, a specific kind of answer to school failure is analysed. It focuses on the strategies developped by all the actors. It presents what is done to improve education, emphasising the testimonials of different experiences of school tutorship, collected by students, parents, tutors and teachers. Distinctive aspects of school support (tutorship) are identified and analized. The broad lines of the project of school support, which constitutes a major challenge for Education in Europe, are described. Indeed, even if the surveys are in their main part led in France, this case can be used as an example, since it reveals different ways to answer efficiently to educative problems of various nations, which are nowadays looking for the best solutions that school could give to the human diversity to those involved in it.
