Child creativity: conceptions and practices of teachers of kindergarten of the municipality of Lorica Agricultural Technical Institute

This is a qualitative study which is part of the Action and Participation Research (APR) which constituted an auto-reflection action of the educational practice (Kemmis&Taggart, 1988). The central objective is to determine how the conceptions of creativity of the pre-garden teachers at Institución Educativa Instituto Técnico Agrícola (Lorica) affect their pedagogical practices. To achieve the mention purpose, the study is divided into three big phases: the first of socialization and meeting with the group, the second one of diagnostic was centered in the development of observations and interviews. And the last one of the systematization, action and projection. In this article there is the presentation of the results of the diagnostic stage. The interview done to the teachers was systematized and analyzed according with the topics related to the notions of creativity and its role in the initial training of children.
