Abstract

With the necessity of training our university professors psychopedagogically as councilors we implemented a psychopedagogical training program for this purpose in Pinar del Rio University to contribute to better the quality of forming an integral personality of the future graduated. To carry out this objective we started from a detailed analysis of the specialized bibliography about this topic and we determined the methodological and theoretical methods that brought about the program which acquires sense in the process of constructing the indicators for its design and it represents a permanent process of improvement with an open character in which the sequence will be adjusted to the specific situation of the students
