Inclusive education: a question of inclusion or exclusion?

The present work has the purpose to analyze how inclusive education promotes or not the inclusion of people with disabilities, specifically deaf students, with the formation of a more just and democratic society, where everyone is accepted and respected as citizens. However we can see that much remains to be put into practice in inclusive education for the inclusion of students with disabilities can be really effective.
