Abstract

In the digital age, the teacher and researcher assumes very diverse roles, which include being a guide, generator and evaluator of multimedia and multiformat content, or being a data analyst, aimed at managing and analyzing the information obtained in order to better understand their own teaching action, the typology of their students and their results, or the attitudes and commitment acquired with the training program. Penetrate the installed fog, to which Long and Siemens (2011) refer, leads to affirm without fissures that the analysis of the data will have (already has) a significant role in the future of Education, for all agents involved, the teachers and educators, the students themselves and the managers or managers of the centers, as it allows to know the efficiency of the resources used, the existence of niches of competitive advantages, improvements in the quality and performance of the learning experience
