The use of virtual learning environments (vle), adopted by educational institutions in different levels, diverse training areas and business, has grown considerably in recent years. In this paper we present the implementation of distance teacher training courses within the Teacher Training Center of Anticipation Pedagogies (cepa in Spanish) of the Ministry of Education of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, were this kind of environment demand, both for the offering of distance courses as for instructor-led and blended training, gave place to the implementation of three new educative platforms dedicated to cover each of this specific needs.
The article is structured in three parts, the first one presents the implementation scenario where the particular context of a teacher training carried out in an eva is described. The second part deals with an analysis of the proposal around three axes on the basis of the conceptual categories and analytical dimensions used by Bordignon and other (2001): the didactic-technologic mediations in teaching and learning processes operated. And in third case, it has addressed the complex educational instance from answers drawn up for each objective in particular with ict activities and resources that make possible the realization from a perspective focused on the student and not on technologies, as well as the issues of role configuration, the incorporation of classroom experience, and also to share it at institutional level and to implement improvements in some administrative areas.
