Programa Bolsa Família: a condicionante frequência escolar

This article aims to understand the impact of the monitoring of reasons for low school attendance rate of the condition in different Brazilian regions and the students of the Municipal Education Curitiba (RME) benefited from the Bolsa Família Program (PBF) and put these data into debate. The same is predicted that the improved performance of students benefited by the PBF would in conditional cash transfer, considering the perceptions of Educationalists access to basic education and combat poverty. Given these assumptions, educational practices developed by the school were observed more closely, trying to understand the impacts of the reasons for the low frequency of the frequency constraint on the expansion of access to education and the fight against poverty students RME Curitiba students benefited by PBF and also to understand the reasons that monitoring reveals that the perceptions Educationalists have in relation to Public Policy conditional cash transfer student attendance benefited by PBF in addition to understanding the conception of them as regards the commitments to be undertaken by education for families in receipt of the benefit, which sought qualitative and quantitative approach in this article, using documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews as a tool for getting data from the subjects involved the monitoring of PBF, which were based on the Historical Method Dialectical and to analyze the empirical reality of this article.
