Teachers as a figure are linked to the role of learning social mediators. This skills can be assumed to be different when the conditions where learning takes place changes, as it happens in Learning Virtual Environments (lve). This paper, based on the investigation of what certain students of a determined lve associate with good teaching performance, tries to identify the most relevant skills for teachers in these new environments.
