Abstract
This article develops an analysis of legislation about homosexuality in Chile, with special emphasis on the world of education. For this at first review some educational policy: in particular non-discrimination policy and sex education programs and then in a second time to address the tensions generated by its implementation in schools. Finally are some outstanding issues on the integration of these policies in educational institutions and suggests possible solutions.
