The current work has the aim to show the follow-up of one student school inclusion process who are handicap and need special education, particularly, the ones facing cerebral Palsy from Novo Hamburgo Town. Such task is supported by new technologies. The core of this work is to study the process of the student’ school inclusion, applying new technologies, for example, Communication and Computer science as resources in class. The work has also evaluated the disabled students based on their learning, participation and social interaction. One applied the pedagogical approach, using Vygotsky’s cultural-historic, nominated PRESTES (2010). Theory that advocates the concept of each individual’s experiences are important to improve them.
