Abstract

The aim of this research has been to analyse novice lecturer’s conceptions about their teaching, to know about teachings models is emergence in news lecturers. Through the narratives of university junior faculty have inquired about the management of education in their daily practice. It has adopted a qualitative methodology supported by the program AQUAD. The results obtained in this note the effect of a traditional teaching model in regard to the design and planning of matter. The implications of this study suggest new approaches to teacher training college.
