Abstract

This article focuses on the keys and problems of impact of training. We start with an initial consideration about the purpose and benefits of continuous training as regards the impact itself, for from it analyze the impact keys related with evaluation dimensions, functions and benchmarks, the transfer and some models.

Also discusses some problems of impact evaluations associated with its resistances, to conclude about some strategies to ensure the impact of training
