Abstract

This work presents the results of an investigation carried out on how to introduce and use the new Information and Communication Technologies (NTIC) in the university environment. An analysis was made of the most convenient educational methods and modalities of computing to be used in the design of multimedia applications for teaching. Modifications to the educational system and new educational strategies are proposed based on the new technological means available.
