Vol. 99 No. 1 (2025): Policies for the transformation of higher education in Ibero-America
The monograph, coordinated by the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP-UNESCO) and published by the Organisation of Ibero-American States (OEI), seeks to contribute to the debate on how countries in the region can move towards more equitable, innovative and sustainable development-oriented higher education. The following pages show that, while major challenges remain, new ideas, partnerships and experiences are also emerging that offer a glimpse of a horizon of transformation. A transformation that requires not only redesigning institutions, but also reimagining the link between knowledge, society and the future.
