Abstract

This paper focuses on the theory-practice links explored through the Project Work method (hereinafter, PT) links formed between the initial and continuous teacher education, which is being developed under various projects and it is generating some interesting developments for the initial training of pre-service kindergarten teachers (Mérida, González and Olivares, 2011; Mérida, Barranco, Criado, Fernández, López y Pérez, 2011; Gómez, Mérida and González, 2011 and Mérida, González and Olivares, 2012).

The overall objective is intended with the creation of the School-University-Teacher Center Network (hereinafter, RIECU) is to improve the mastery of skills of university students. Through a process of action research evaluated the experience of innovation, relying on open-ended questionnaires and focus groups to determine the value of the participants. The most relevant finding is that RIECU is configured as a community of practice, which creates synergies between the experience of teachers and the motivation and desire to experiment of students.
