Vol. 95 No. 1 (2024): Transforming higher education: teaching innovation and good practices
Teaching innovation in higher education refers to the updating of teaching and learning methodology. It seeks to introduce productive changes in university institutions that can then be used to improve their curricula. In this context, digital technologies play a fundamental role as support tools and support in all dimensions of innovation, making, in particular, that teachers have to adapt to these emerging demands, facing multiple challenges, from digital transformation to the diversity of competences required to improve the quality of teaching oriented to student learning. In this monograph we present a selection of articles that Professors Margarita Aravena and Damarys Roy from the Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB) in Chile have considered as a significant sample of what is happening in the Ibero-American region.
