Abstract

This article delves into the idea that study, as an intentional effort aimed at learning, conditions the intellectual and academic performance of students. For this reason, the results of an investigation carried out with first-year university students of the Teaching and Social Education diplomas are presented, while some relevant aspects related to the activity of studying are reviewed
