Vol. 82 No. 1 (2020): Self-study on practices of initial training for staff members
Self-study research processes are performed by the educators of the educators, who pose doubts on the educational practices as a result of their daily experience in the classroom. The problems that arise out of these practices lie behind the educator of educators’ motivation to analyse them and compare them to other educators who undergo similar processes, thus allowing for a critical reflection on the usual ways to address the educational task of the educators and challenging other ways of acting.
